Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pelatihan massage sesuai dengan mata kuliah Ilmu Urut tentang materi pijat untuk memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa bagaimana teknik memijat yang benar supaya tidak terjadi cedera. Acara ini merupakan salah satu dari program kerja Program Studi PJKR, pelatihan massage tersebut diharapkan dapat memberi pengetahuan baru akan pentingnya menjaga kebugaran tubuh dan pentingnya melakukan relaksasi diri.
